Halstatt is proud to announce that Mike Harris and Erin Elferdink are published for their work on a Real Estate Textbook and in the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate’s new publication, Due Diligence, respectively.

Mike Harris, senior analyst, Halstatt Real Estate Partners, was included in the acknowledgements for his work on a real estate textbook, Real Estate Finance & Investments. He provided supplemental financial modeling spreadsheets and helped update the textbook examples to reflect the current tax and interest rate environments.
Erin Elferdink, analyst, Halstatt Real Estate Partners, was published in the newest University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate’s new marquee publication called Due Diligence. She authored an article on interest rates and analyzed historical trends.
