Erin Elferdink

Associate

Erin Elferdink is an Associate at Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In her role, she supports the acquisition, disposition, and operation of assets with a focus on underwriting, investment diligence, and asset management. She also contributes to the Firm’s ESG initiatives, fund- and investment-level reporting, and rental housing analytics. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2021, Erin held internships at a residential leasing company and a title and escrow firm. Originally from Naples, Florida, Erin earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. During her graduate studies, she published research on Florida real estate trends and now continues that interest by co-authoring thought leadership pieces on behalf of the Firm. She is also a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Southwest Florida chapter and a graduate of the Class of 2022 Associate Leadership Collier Program. She enjoys traveling and has visited 11 countries.
