Michael Harris

Senior Associate

Michael Harris is a Senior Associate at Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In his role, he supports the acquisition, disposition, and operation of assets with a focus on underwriting, investment diligence, and asset management. He plays a lead role in the Firm’s quarterly valuation processes and contributes to fund-level and asset-level performance analysis. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2020, Mike held roles in residential and commercial real estate in Texas and Florida, including investment, sales, and property management. Originally from Houston, Texas, Mike earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning and Real Estate from the University of Florida, where he was also a pole vaulter on the track and field team. Locally, he serves as Treasurer for Habitat NextGen, Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Southwest Florida Young Leaders Group, and is a Class of 2021 Associate Leadership Collier alumnus.
