Patrick Lawler

Senior Analyst

Patrick Lawler is a Senior Analyst at Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In his role, he supports the acquisition, disposition, and operation of assets with a focus on underwriting, investment diligence, and asset management. He also plays an active role in the Firm’s fund- and investment-level reporting, and is focused on driving technology innovation and enhancing internal systems and processes. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2023, Patrick interned at a global real estate investment firm in Chicago, assisting their acquisitions team on new investments in the multifamily and student housing sectors. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in American Studies and minors in Real Estate, Business Economics, and Italian. While abroad in Rome, he conducted research on the revitalization of under-utilized Church property. Patrick is a member of the Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida District and serves as an Ambassador for Grace Place for Children & Families, a Naples-based organization. Born and raised in Chicago, Patrick is an avid tennis player and enjoys being able to play outdoors year-round in Naples.
