Peggy Lamb

Principal

Peggy Lamb is a Managing Director of Halstatt, LLC and a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners. She has been with Halstatt since 2017. Peggy serves on the board of directors of SL Green Realty Corporation (SLG), where she is the Chair of the compensation committee. She also serves on the board of directors of Starwood REIT (SREIT), where she is a member of the audit and compensation committees, and on Starwood Credit (SCREDIT), where she is a member of the audit committee. Additionally, Peggy is a board member of Opus Holding Company, where she is a member of the Enterprise Risk and Investment Committee and the Capital Markets Formation Committee.

Prior to joining Halstatt, Peggy worked at Goldman Sachs for 15 years where she served in a variety of executive roles including as a member of the Management Group for the Investment Banking Division, Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Banking Real Estate Department and Chief of Staff for the Financing Division. She serves on real estate advisory boards for the University of Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University. She is President of the Harvard Club of SW Florida, where she has served on the board for the past 10 years. Peggy is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Illinois.
