Naples, Fla. – September 29, 2021 – Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm, today announced the sale of The Colony Building in Bonita Springs, Fla. The building is a 38,000 square foot “Class B” office building located on a 3.47-acre site. The property is prominently positioned on Tamiami Trail, a major thoroughfare, just south of the 140-store Coconut Point Mall outdoor mall. Halstatt purchased the property as part of a three-office building investment package. This was the last remaining asset of the portfolio to be sold.
