Naples, Fla. – May 12, 2026 – Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm, today announced that Sarah Crespo has joined the firm as a Senior Analyst. In this role, Crespo will support the team across investment evaluation, underwriting, and portfolio management initiatives, contributing to the firm’s value-add and opportunistic investment strategies.
“Sarah brings a strong foundation across both acquisitions and asset management, with experience that aligns well with the types of investments we focus on at Halstatt,” said Bobby Sullivan, Senior Managing Principal at Halstatt Real Estate Partners. “She has worked across a range of asset types and markets, and has been exposed early on to the kind of value-add and opportunistic work that is core to our strategy. Crespo joins Halstatt Real Estate Partners with experience across both acquisitions and asset management. Most recently, she served as a Senior Analyst at CBRE Investment Management, where she supported the management of a commercial portfolio spanning retail and office assets across major U.S. markets. Prior to that, she worked at Partners Group, contributing to the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of real estate investments across multiple asset classes and structures. Earlier in her career, she also worked with a family office in Naples, where she supported asset management and operational initiatives across a mixed-use portfolio.
Crespo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University, graduating magna cum laude.
