The properties are in the Eastlinks Business Park, an office and flex center located in Fort Myers, FL. This location provides easy access to I-75 and U.S. 41. The Business Park is adjacent to the Southwest Florida International Airport and is a short drive from submarket amenities such as the 1.2 million square foot Gulf Coast Town Center which includes various retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues. Halstatt Real Estate Partners took the property to market and was met with shifting demand for net-leased real estate. As REITs and larger institutional players became less active, private equity groups filled the void. Ultimately, a Boston based private equity firm acquired the portfolio in October 2016.
