Hotel Trouvail

Hotel Trouvail is a historic building located in Miami Beach, FL. Built as a boutique hotel in 1940, the rooms were converted to residential condominium units in the 1990s. After a period of disrepair and declining conditions, the building is being restored to its original status. The property is located in Miami Beach on the northeast corner of Indian Creek Drive and 31st Street facing the Intercostal Waterway, one block from the ocean. The property is in the Mid-Beach area, which has developed into Miami Beach’s new center of hospitality. The neighborhood surrounding the site is becoming a hospitality hotspot with the addition of an AC Hotel by Marriot, The Miami Beach EDITION, and Generator Miami.
