Lakes of Palm Harbor, formerly known as Country Place, is a 292-unit apartment community located on 56-acres in Palm Harbor, Florida. Following the implementation of a successful capital improvement plan, Halstatt Real Estate Partners engaged ARA, a national multifamily broker, to market the property. Strong demand for institutional apartments led to twelve competitive offers and a disposition in December 2015.
