Traditions at Grey Oaks

Located in Naples, this residential development is comprised of 139 residences, including 44 coach homes and 95 villas, within Grey Oaks Country Club. Grey Oaks, originally developed by Halstatt, is a 1,600-acre master-planned golf course community recognized as one of the “Top 35 Residential Country Club Communities” by the Platinum Club of America and a “Top 100 Golf Community” by Travel & Leisure Golf. The Traditions parcels were acquired in 2011 to support the continued expansion of the community, and included a mix of partially completed units and fully developed pads with horizontal infrastructure. This was the first official investment under the Halstatt Real Estate Partners platform. Halstatt Real Estate Partners harvested the final home within the development in June 2017.
