Traditions at Grey Oaks is located in Grey Oaks, a master planned golf community located in Naples, Fla. Originally developed by Halstatt, Grey Oaks Country Club is a 1,600-acre master-planned golf course community with 900 homes, 1,100 memberships, and a 120,000 square foot amenity clubhouse. The planned development has been named as one of the “Top 35 Residential Country Club Communities” by the Platinum Club of America and recognized as a “Top 100 Golf Community” by Travel & Leisure Golf.

Traditions at Grey Oaks is a residential development parcel fully entitled for 44 coach homes and 62 villas. Tornio at Grey Oaks, an add-on acquisition, is a residential development parcel fully entitled for an additional 33 villas. At the time of acquisition, the parcels included horizontal infrastructure, 12 partially completed condos, and four completed and furnished condos. The sales effort benefited from the quick rebound of the Naples residential market. The project was met with pent-up demand for new construction product within the established Grey Oaks Golf Community. The final unit closed in June of 2017.
