UnionWest at Creative Village

The University of Central Florida (UCF), in partnership with Valencia College (Valencia), is a best-in-the-nation campus for digital media, communication, public services, and health-related programs. The project represents a diverse mix of uses, including up to 1.2 million square feet of office/creative space, 750,000 square feet of higher education space, 1,500 residential units, 1,500 student housing beds, 150,000 square feet of retail/commercial space and 225 hotel rooms. The Student Housing Project is a 15-story purpose-built student housing property in the heart of Creative Village. The project consists of 644 student housing beds, 11,043 square feet of street-level retail, a 612-space integrated parking garage, and 101,215 square feet of space pre-leased to UCF and Valencia for academic uses, student support services, and a Valencia-run restaurant.
