Katherine Sproul

Chief Executive Officer

Katie Sproul is Chief Executive Officer of Halstatt and sits on the Halstatt Real Estate Partners Investment Committee. She provides strategic perspective to the Halstatt Real Estate Partners initiative and participates in weekly leadership and investment meetings. Katie helped found Halstatt and has over 25 years of real estate and principal investing experience, including past leadership of notable development projects such as Grey Oaks and LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Previously, Katie was Co-President of Barron Collier Companies. She earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Katie is an active member of the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the David Lawrence Center and the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation. She has also served on the Executive Committee of the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, the University of Miami Herbert Business School Real Estate Advisory Board, and is a past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Collier Foundation, and Junior Achievement Hall of Fame.
