Katherine Sproul

Chief Executive Officer

Katie Sproul is Chief Executive Officer of Halstatt and a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners. Katie oversees all operations for Halstatt including the real estate investments. She helped found the firm and spearheaded past projects including Grey Oaks and LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Previously, Katie was also co-President of Barron Collier Companies. Katie is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She has over 20 years of real estate experience and principal investment experience. She is Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Collier Foundation, Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and a Board Member of Audubon of Florida.
