Katherine Sproul

Chief Executive Officer

Katie Sproul is Chief Executive Officer of Halstatt and oversees all operations. She helped found the firm and spearheaded past projects including Grey Oaks and LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Previously, Katie was co-President of Barron Collier Companies. Katie is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She has over 25 years of real estate experience and principal investment experience. Halstatt values giving back to the community and as such is currently a member of the Board of Directors of David Lawrence Center as well as the Florida Gulfcoast University Foundation.  She was previously a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Florida Bergstrom Masters in Real Estate Program Advisory Board as well as a member of the University of Miami Herbert Business School Real Estate Advisory Board.  She is Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Collier Foundation, Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and past Board Member of Audubon of Florida.
