Senior Analyst

Sarah Crespo is a Senior Analyst at Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In her role, she supports the acquisition, disposition, and operation of assets with a focus on underwriting, investment diligence, valuations, and asset management. Prior to joining Halstatt, Sarah spent six years in institutional real estate at CBRE Investment Management, Partners Group, and PGIM Real Estate. Across her career, she has overseen asset management for a 2.2 million-square-foot retail and office portfolio, underwritten investments across multiple asset classes including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, and hospitality. Additionally, she has closed nearly $850 million of acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. Originally from Naples, Florida, Sarah earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University. Sarah is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida, and outside the office, she is a registered yoga instructor who enjoys painting, traveling, and hiking.
