Bay Colony at Juno Beach sits on a 13.7-acre infill parcel located on Ellison-Wilson Road in Juno Beach, Florida in the northern part of Palm Beach County. The development plan consisted of seven residential buildings, totaling 121 condominiums with an average size of 1,600 square feet. Twenty-six boat docks were included in the purchase and sold to buyers. A clubhouse and other amenities were also constructed as part of the development. At the end of 2015, Halstatt Real Estate Partners sold the last unit and turned the association over to the residents.
