The Carillon Office Portfolio includes four “Class A” office buildings totaling 436,182 square feet in St. Petersburg, Florida, near the geographic center of the Tampa Bay area. Two of the buildings are four-story, 75,000 square foot structures. The third building is a two-story 163,355 square foot building with a central interior atrium. The fourth building, Carillon Pointe, is a five-story 123,000 square foot building, which was added to the portfolio following the initial acquisition. The portfolio is located in Carillon Park, a 432-acre mixed-use development which includes 2.5 million square feet of “Class A” office space. The entire portfolio was exited prior to the end of 2016.
