Cornerstone Apartments is a 430-unit community located on 23-acres in Orlando, Florida. The property enjoys views of two surrounding lakes as well as an environmental nature preserve. Following the implementation of a successful capital improvement plan and repositioning, Halstatt divested the property in January 2015.
