The Henry is the University of Tampa’s first privately-developed, purpose-built student housing complex. The Henry’s 23-story reinforced concrete structure houses 537 units that are divided into 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom offerings. The Henry offers top of the line amenities including an enhanced clubroom/lounge, coffee bar, and a fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a garden deck with fire-pit, outdoor kitchens, and a pool.
