Located in St. Petersburg, this suburban office portfolio is comprised of four buildings totaling 436,182 square feet. The portfolio is situated within Carillon Park, a 432-acre mixed-use development that includes 2.5 million square feet of Class A office space. The buildings range in size and design, including two four-story buildings, one two-story building with a central atrium, and a five-story office building known as Carillon Pointe. Halstatt Real Estate Partners harvested the portfolio in December 2016.
